This place suits me perfectly with great amenities like free wi-fi, 24-hour reception, and an electric kettle. Staff were kind to my elderly parents during our first stay. I highly recommend it! I'm coming back for Christmas.

great stay but minor issues with room maintenance
Staying here was pleasant as I found the staff incredibly attentive and they really made an effort to assist with requests during my visit. I greatly enjoyed the peaceful surroundings of the hotel close to cultural attractions like the British Museum.
The room maintenance could be improved as I noticed a couple of small issues that needed attention.

Great location and spacious room!
I stayed in a standard double studio for 2 nights and was surprised by how big and comfy the room was! Loved having a kitchenette, even though I didn't ask for it. Location is spot-on, near buses, British Museum, and some fab breakfast spots. Only bummer was the lift going dark when we checked out, kinda creepy.

Recommended for those looking for a spacious stay
The room we had was much larger than I anticipated, and it was clean and comfortable. There was this hidden kitchen, which was such a nice touch, way better than just a kettle on the bedside table.
It wasn’t exactly a bargain, but given the location and amenities, it was still acceptable.

The room was super spacious with a kitchenette that had a microwave, refrigerator, and tea/coffee maker, which was perfect for me. There was also a flat-screen TV and comfy seating area. The beautiful garden room for breakfast added a nice touch, offering a cozy atmosphere with a variety of fresh options. Great location near the British Museum too.

Charming, Charming, Charming
I loved the spaciousness of my Standard Double Studio, complete with a hidden kitchenette that made it feel like home! The breakfast in the delightful garden room was such a treat, especially with the option of adding on a full English for the ultimate morning feast. Plus, the location was unbeatable, just a short stroll to the British Museum and other iconic sights!
